Derrick Corporationâs revered history in the mining community and continuous commitment to product and client process improvement, has sparked the development and production of the GVault Urethane Interstage Screen (DISâ¢) for CIL/CIP and RIL/RIP. The GVault DIS utilizes our patented Trilogy urethane screen surface technology and offers a welcome alternative to traditional stainlesssteel wedge wire screens. The combination of our urethaneâs abrasion resistant properties and nonblinding technology results in a screen system with increased life, less maintenance and significantly higher throughput.
The development of fine mesh, high open area, urethane screen surfaces is perhaps one of Derrickâs most notable contributions to the science of fine particle separations for both wet and dry applications. While all urethane screen panels are well known for their abrasion resistance, only Derrick Polyweb screens combine long life with high open area, capacity, and performance rivaling that of conventional woven wire screens. Moreover, its antiblinding properties now make it feasible to screen materials previously considered difficult or even impossible to screen.
